Background
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the operator of the website known as NeoSpot (“Website Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 3.2 The User warrants that any User Content submitted does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or offensive material.
3.3 We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to edit or remove any User Content and to suspend or restrict access to the Website.
4. Third-Party Links and Advertising
4.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.

12. General Provisions

12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Waiver: No failure or delay by the Website Owner in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
12.4 Assignment: The User may not assign, transfer or sub-license any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.
12.5 Variation: The Website Owner may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
